By downloading, installing, or using the RemitSMS mobile application ("App") or accessing the RemitSMS web portal at sms.remitpay.in ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

RemitSMS is a multi-tenant SMS gateway platform. Device owners register their Android devices to send SMS messages on behalf of authorized clients. In return, device owners earn reward points redeemable for mobile recharges.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You must have a valid Indian mobile number with an active SIM card.
• You are responsible for all carrier charges incurred by SMS sent from your device.

3. Device Registration

• Upon registration, your device is assigned a unique token for authentication.
• Each device can be registered only once. Re-registration requires disconnecting the previous instance.
• You agree to keep the app running in the foreground/background for reliable SMS delivery.

• Device owners earn 1 point per 10 successfully delivered SMS messages.
• Points can be redeemed for mobile recharges via the app.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• RemitSMS reserves the right to modify the points structure at any time.
• Fraudulent activity (tampering with delivery counts, exploiting the system) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for sending spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages.
• Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify the App.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or manipulate delivery counts.
• Use multiple accounts or devices to artificially inflate points.

7. Content Responsibility

RemitSMS clients are responsible for the content of messages sent through the platform. RemitSMS employs content filtering to block prohibited content. However, device owners are not held liable for the content of messages routed through their devices.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
• You may disconnect your device and stop using the Service at any time.
• Upon termination, unredeemed points will be forfeited after 90 days.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earning amounts, or compatibility with all devices and carriers.

11. Limitation of Liability

RemitSMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to carrier charges, lost data, or device issues.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
